FUE Technique

In FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) operation, hair follicles are taken one by one with special tipped micro motor under the supervision of local anesthesia and located in the hairless place after determining natural hair growth – growth angle and direction.
In FUE operation, hair is taken one by one and transplanted one by one again in the hairless place. Before the follicle removal process, the hair in the donor area is cut and is abbreviated 1mm.While the hair follicle is taken with locational medication, the area to be transplanted is numbed accordingly. The micro-motor tip is held in such a way that the hair is placed in the focus, is approached and is pulled into the skin in accordance with the origin angle of the hair (without suffering the patient). The hair is cut in a cylindrical shape, along with the follicle and the microscopic tissue surrounding it. While the hair follicle is gently pulled with a microtiter, follicular unit comes from loose base spontaneously and easily. It minimizes the damage of the grafts in these procedures (operations). The operation time of this automated system was shortened and the number of grafts taken in the time unit increased. With this automated system, the operation-surgery time have shortened and the graft taken in a period has increased in number.
Features of FUE Method
In the area where the grafts are taken, only the relevant stem cell is studied without any tissue removal in the area.There is no incision at the place of hair removal.In the area where the roots are taken, small-scale scratches smaller than 06,07 mm form;these scratches will get over in a few days and they will heal without a trace.
Grafts from the neck area with the same technique are used both for hair change-transfer and eyebrow, mustache, beard exchange.
The average donor may receive between 4,000 and 6,000 grafts depending on the condition of the skin in a session and the number of roots to be transplanted.
Each graft includes between 1 and 3 hair strands. 1 graft hair means an average of 2 – 2,5 hair strands.
50 to 60 hair follicles are possible to be transplanted depending on the number of roots obtained and the measured opening per centimeter. This method is very healthy in terms of providing a short recovery time after the application days.
After transplantation, hair usually fall at the end of the first month. Hair begins to appear and grow 2-3 months after the hair transplantation process. They thrive in six months. After completing the adaptation process, in 1 ,1.5 years, the most aesthetic and the most beautiful condition occurs.
